Upload and convert your PDF or PPTX file and convert it into editable text using OCR. This tool is ideal for extracting text from slides or scanned documents with precision.

Greyscale Processing

Enable Greyscale Processing to improve OCR accuracy, especially for scanned documents with colorful or complex backgrounds. Greyscale can reduce visual clutter and enhance text clarity.

Select DPI (Resolution)

Choose the DPI (Dots Per Inch) to control the resolution of image rendering before text extraction. Higher DPI values improve recognition of fine symbols and characters, but may introduce visual "noise"—such as random single characters or symbols—especially in low-quality scans.

Language Selection

Select the OCR languages present in your uploaded file. This helps optimize text extraction accuracy. The default language is eng (English), but you can choose multiple languages as needed depending on the document’s content.

Contrast Adjustment

Use the contrast adjustment slider to enhance the visual definition of text against the background. Increasing contrast can make characters more distinguishable, improving OCR accuracy—especially for faint or low-contrast scans. The contrast level ranges from 1 (low) to 15 (high), with a default value of 5, offering a balanced level of enhancement.
